(1) Subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act, all the powers of the University shall be vested in the Assembly.
(2) The Assembly may delegate all or some of its powers mentioned in this Act or in the rules made under this Act to the Executive Council, Academic Council and other officials or to the committees established as prescribed.
